You Can't handle the booth

You Can’t Handle The Booth’ (YCHTB) is a open access music session in which young people can write, record, and engineer music. The session invites all admirers of contemporary music genres such as Grime, Hip Hop, Trap, Drill and RnB. The session was created with the aim of giving young people something to do and also something to look forward to on a Friday.

Friday was the chosen day of delivery as it relates to Slix & Prince Rapid's background in youth settings and the essence of Grime - with many Grime stars like Wiley, Dizzee Rascal, and Tinchy Stryder all hailing from an era in which youth clubs provided a platform and space for youth to craft their skills and realize their passion for music.

This provision has now expanded to Wednesdays and Saturdays due to the high demand by the young people who see Slix & Prince Rapid as having a credible reputation for attracting upcoming talent and developing musical and social skills.
